Fees & Required Paperwork - There are fees to participate in athletics this year.  Students must have all required paperwork, including an Emergency Blue Card, Current Sports Physical, and Athletic Waiver on file with Ms. Shields at the front office in order to try out, practice or play.  Forms are available at the school or on this Athletics Page.  If you don't know if the required paperwork is already turned in, check with Ms. Shields
